Cash App payments are received instantly, allowing us to verify your order quickly, prepare your hair, and dispatch your delivery without delays. This helps ensure your luxury hair arrives as quickly as possible and keeps our same-day delivery promise to our customers.

Q&A: Is there a minimum order for same-day delivery?

Yes the minimum order total to qualify for same-day delivery is $150.00

Orders $250 or more will receive free standard same-day delivery Rush delivery is still the listed rate $45


✨To complete your order using Cash App, please follow the steps below:

Complete your order on our website and proceed to checkout. Your order will be created and placed on hold until payment is received.

2. Send Payment via Cash App

3. IMPORTANT — Include Order Details

In the “For” or “Note” section, on Cash App please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your Shopify order number

4. Confirmation Requirement

Once payment is received, your order will be reviewed and confirmed. You will receive a confirmation message via email or text before your same-day delivery is dispatched.

A Hair Courier driver will be assigned to your order once it is ready for dispatch.


📲 Delivery Updates

You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST qualify for same-day delivery service. After 3pm order will be added to next day delivery and marked priority.

Most same-day orders arrive within 4–24 hours from the time your order is confirmed.  Note: The Hair Courier strives to provide timely same-day delivery, but estimated arrival may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather traffic delivery location volume of deliveries. If any delays occur, customer will be contacted immediately and updated on arrival time.

If you selected Rush Delivery ,your order will receive priority processing and expedited delivery. Within 2 hours

  • Same-day delivery orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation
